Companion Aqua Cube Logic Lithium Hot Water System
Heading out on your next camping adventure doesn’t mean you have to leave the comforts of life behind. PMX Camper Trailers is now stocking the latest in portable instantaneous hot water systems; the Companion Aqua-Cube Logic Lithium.
Running off an internal rechargeable Lithium Ion battery or 12v power or 240v DC, you aren’t limited in your options. Run time on battery power clocks in at 45-50 minutes per charge, and the system can recharge to full capacity in 5 hours. Alternatively, the system can run continuously and uninterrupted when connect to a 12 volt power source.
Companion have designed the Aqua-Cube Logic Lithium with simplicity in mind, allowing you to run the system on disposable 468g BOM Propane cartridges (available for under $15), providing hours of hot water on the one cartridge. The Aqua-Cube can also be run from a 4.5kg or 9kg gas cylinder with an adapter, allowing even more flexibility. PMX Campers keep both propane cylinders and POL cylinder adapter hoses in stock.
Pumping 2 litres per minute and heating to up to 50°c, cold water is drawn from a clean water source via the included pump, through the Aqua-Cube and out the 2.5m hose with hand piece. Quick-connect fittings make the system a breeze to setup. The easy to read LED display lets you adjust the temperature, check the battery level and turn the pump on and off.
